Cat Love

Today is my younger brothers birthday – cheers to you Sergio – so I am sharing a birthday card. I love this “Happy Cat Mom” digi digital stamp SO much – just it on its’ own makes a complete card! No complicated design required. You have to love that!

For this purr-fect card, I coloured each cat with the colouring of some of the beloved cats that I have had over the years – Buddy, Steffi, Bella, Luna and Sparky (aka Mr Grumpy Pants) – as well as two of my sisters’ cats – Olie and Leo! As you can tell I love cats so this digi is perfect for me!

I added some background clouds and grass on the ground using techniques I learned in Sandy Allnock’s “Copic Hex Art” class over at ArtClasses.com. If you are interested in learning copic techniques I definitely recommend her classes.
